A fully integrated, standard financial accounts package dovetailed into the
planning and traffic modules.
Accounts receivable offers real-time credit and account status checking, with
options on handling of campaigns or orders. Full debt commitment control on
outstanding account and projected billing. Two-way drilldown between traffic
and finance, orders to invoices or invoices to orders.
Optional full financial package implementation, extending the drilldown to
general ledger, e.g. P&L account revenue, back to invoices, back to orders
and spots. Additional modules handling all elements of the finance department;
purchasing, cash book, management accounts, asset register and payroll.
Alternatively, internal planning and traffic client records can be mapped to
external non-integrated financial packages, e.g. Sage. Automated invoice export
with full general ledger account and VAT analysis.
